Our quality control process includes product functionality testing, as well as ensuring the battery health of every device meets our stringent standard.

We mainly deal with 2 grades:
A+
These devices are in like new, Grade A+ condition – they show minimal signs of usage and come with 12 months’ warranty. Our Grade A+ devices are pre-owned with original parts (i.e., not refurbished). They come with a battery health rating of 80%-100%.

AA+
Our highest grade of stock, Grade AA+ phones are just like brand new and have little to no usage whatsoever. They come with 100% battery health and do not show any signs of usage.
